Cilantro Lime & Mustard Dressing
Add a splash of this anti-oxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory dressing to salad or vegetables, or use it to marinate chicken or fish.

- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- 2-3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1-2 tsp spicy whole grain mustard or to taste
- 1-1 ½ cups cilantro leaves stems removed
