Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
This smoothie is full of berries, greens and healthy fat to give an anti-inflammatory boost to your breakfast or snack. Switch up your fruits and vegetables as often as you like to help get you out of a smoothie rut.

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana sliced
- 6 strawberries or other fresh berries of choice chopped
- ¼ inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and sliced
- ¼ inch piece of fresh turmeric peeled and sliced
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp flax seeds
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 6 ice cubes
