Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl

This bowl full of yum is delicious for a nutritious breakfast or for a quick anti-inflammatory snack when you're craving something naturally sweet!

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ apple finely chopped
  • ¼ cup nuts and seeds of choice chopped
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Pure maple syrup for drizzle


  • In a small bowl, combine chopped apple with cinnamon to coat.
  • Spoon yogurt into a bowl. Top with apple mixture and nuts.  Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
