Simple Banana Pancakes

Instructions
Smash the banana and puree in a blender or food processor.
Add eggs to the mixture and combine.
Put a small amount of oil in a skillet and heat until warm. Spoon in batter to form a pancake.
When batter starts to bubble, flip the pancake. Serve hot.
Notes
Top with pure maple syrup, honey or fruit of your choice.
