Jerk Seasoning
Are you looking for an easy-to-make Jerk Seasoning? No preservatives or additives in this simple anti-inflammatory recipe. Sprinkle it on chicken, fish, veggies or any recipe you want to give the taste of Jamaica to. This recipe makes approximately ½ cup.
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper or to taste
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp coconut palm sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
