Ingredients

apple cider vinegar

olive oil

Dijon mustard

garlic
minced

sea salt
or to taste

freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
If there is an additional herb, spice or citrus that you like in your other dressings, give it a try in this one too!
Remember what we said above -- vinegar enhances flavor and adds zing to vegetables and meat. Try this simple anti-inflammatory as a marinade too.
