House Vinaigrette

Course Dressings

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • If there is an additional herb, spice or citrus that you like in your other dressings, give it a try in this one too!
  • Remember what we said above -- vinegar enhances flavor and adds zing to vegetables and meat. Try this simple anti-inflammatory as a marinade too.
