Apple Energy Balls
These delicious energy balls are filled with fiber and antioxidants. They are perfect for a pre- or post- workout, a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack to keep you going for the rest of the day.
- 1 cup dried apples chopped
- 6 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- pinch salt
- ½ cup toasted walnuts
In a food processor, puree all ingredients except walnuts.
Once pureed, add walnuts and pulse to incorporate.
Firmly roll into 1" balls. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 5 days.
