Apple Energy Balls

These delicious energy balls are filled with fiber and antioxidants. They are perfect for a pre- or post- workout, a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack to keep you going for the rest of the day.

Servings 12 1" balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried apples chopped
  • 6 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, puree all ingredients except walnuts.
  • Once pureed, add walnuts and pulse to incorporate.
  • Firmly roll into 1" balls. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 5 days.
