12ozbag broccoli slaw mixor any slaw mix containing anti-inflammatory vegetables
1cupDuke's or homemade mayonnaise(see recipe link)
⅓cupseasoned vinegar
Saltpepper and garlic powder to taste
3Tbspchopped green onions
3Tbspchopped fresh cilantroor fresh herb of your choice
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar and spices until well combined. Add slaw mix to the bowl and combine until coated. Add onions and cilantro and mix well.
Taste and adjust spices as needed.
If you have the time, refrigerate for 1-3 hours or up to overnight for flavors to combine.
