fresh cayenne or jalapeno peppers

minced garlic
Instructions
Remove the ends and seeds of the peppers.
Put all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 25 minutes.
Move the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add back to the saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
