Anti-Inflammatory Sandwich Bread
This recipe was a Feed Your Vitality customer favorite and is a perfect sandwich bread for an anti-inflammatory lifestyle.
- 1 ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- ⅓ cup blanched almond flour
- ⅓ cup arrowroot powder
- ¼ Tbsp salt
- ¼ Tbsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
In a medium bowl, combine almond butter and olive oil until well combined.
With a mixer, beat in eggs and molasses.
In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients until well combined.
Add the dry to the wet ingredients and beat with mixer until thoroughly combined. Check the bottom of the bowl to make sure all ingredients are mixed well.
Grease a loaf pan and add the dough. Drizzle with olive oil. Score the dough however you like.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 325°F.
