Anti-Inflammatory Sandwich Bread

This recipe was a Feed Your Vitality customer favorite and is a perfect sandwich bread for an anti-inflammatory lifestyle.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • cup blanched almond flour
  • cup arrowroot powder
  • ¼ Tbsp salt
  • ¼ Tbsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine almond butter and olive oil until well combined.
  • With a mixer, beat in eggs and molasses.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients until well combined.
  • Add the dry to the wet ingredients and beat with mixer until thoroughly combined. Check the bottom of the bowl to make sure all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Grease a loaf pan and add the dough. Drizzle with olive oil. Score the dough however you like.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 325°F.
