Italian Citrus Dressing

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped or minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1 Tbsp dried tarragon
  • 1 large tomato chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend for about 30 seconds or until well combined.
  • Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
