Mixed Herb Salad Dressing
- 6 Tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp finely diced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp each dried chives, parsley and tarragon
- ½ tsp dill weed
- Add all ingredients to an airtight bottle or jar and shake until well combined! Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
